We use a therapeutic approach, synchronizing the "breath" with the movement and emphasizing body sensing, form, and technique.
Individuals will practice progressively, effectively, and safely -- and in most instances, regardless of their physical fitness and/or injuries.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We espouse a variety of exercise programs such as cardio, yoga, and weight training with an emphasis on the breath, body alignment, and proper form and technique for total physical and mental health. We believe that one form of exercise is not enough to fulfill total mental and physical fitness. We encourage everyone to set short and long-term goals to progressively achieve her or his physical and mental fitness.
Our passion is to guide individuals with their health and wellness through an exercise program that is appropriate for them. We embrace the progressive (slowly but surely) training approach. One of our beliefs is that "All forms of exercise are healthy; therefore, the individual is wealthy." We believe that EXERCISE should be a way of life for everyone.
